Wireless proles password editor
The Wireless proles password editor is used to capture the wireless proles and edit the passwords. The proles are saved in an .XML le.
The same .XML le can be used to congure the EDM through Cloud Client Manager.
NOTE:
.NET Framework v4.5 must be installed to run this tool on any Windows operating system or Windows Embedded operating system.

Conguring the Wireless Proles Password Editor
To congure the wireless proles password editor, do the following:
1 Go to, C:\Program les\Wyse\WDA\bin\<DWirelessProleEditor.exe>.
2 Right-click the .exe le, and select the Run as administrator option.
The Wireless Proles Password Editor window is displayed.
3 Click Browse and select the location to save the new XML prole.
4 Click the Export WIFI Proles option.
The current wireless prole is exported to the Proles tab. The current wireless connection password is populated in the Password
tab.
5 Edit the password, and click the Change Password option.
Changed password is encrypted and saved to the XML prole.
6 On the server side of EDM console, click the App & Data tab.
Limitations of Wireless Proles Password Editor
The following are the limitations of Wireless Proles Password Editor:
Passwords are valid only for the following authentication types:
WPAPSK
WPA2PSK
Passwords do not exist for the following enterprise authentication prole types:
WPA
WPA2
C
