Wireless proles password editor
The Wireless proles password editor is used to capture the wireless proles and edit the passwords. The proles are saved in an .XML le.
The same .XML le can be used to congure the EDM through Cloud Client Manager.
NOTE:
.NET Framework v4.5 must be installed to run this tool on any Windows operating system or Windows Embedded operating system.

Conguring the Wireless Proles Password Editor
To congure the wireless proles password editor, do the following:
1 Go to, C:\Program les\Wyse\WDA\bin\<DWirelessProleEditor.exe>.
2 Right-click the .exe le, and select the Run as administrator option.
The Wireless Proles Password Editor window is displayed.
3 Click Browse and select the location to save the new XML prole.
4 Click the Export WIFI Proles option.
The current wireless prole is exported to the Proles tab. The current wireless connection password is populated in the Password
tab.
5 Edit the password, and click the Change Password option.
Changed password is encrypted and saved to the XML prole.
6 On the server side of EDM console, click the App & Data tab.
Limitations of Wireless Proles Password Editor
The following are the limitations of Wireless Proles Password Editor:
• Passwords are valid only for the following authentication types:
– WPAPSK
– WPA2PSK
• Passwords do not exist for the following enterprise authentication prole types:
– WPA
– WPA2
