Known issues
Table 44. Known issues
Issue ID Description Workaround
DTOS-2531 If you have connected to a wireless network on a ThinOS
device that is connected to the Dell WD19 docking station,
sometimes, you cannot connect to the wireless network
again after the ThinOS firmware update is installed and your
device is automatically restarted.
You must restart the ThinOS client again.
DTOS-2515 When trying to export Citrix Workspace app logs,
sometimes, the Advanced button is not displayed after you
click the Citrix Workspace app package entry inside the
Packages table.
Click a blank row inside the Packages table
multiple times, and then click the Citrix
Workspace app package entry.
DTOS-2214 Log in to a Citrix server with workspace mode enabled may
fail when HTTP user Agent is set.
You must log in with classic mode or modern
mode.
DTOS-2199 The inclusion of the Teradici log file may cause the
decompression of the Export logs to fail.
You must launch the PCoIP session to
generate the PCoIP logs.
DTOS-2196 The Add connection option must be disabled after Broker
agent sign-off.
There is no workaround in this release.
