The maximum supported compatible version of Webex Meetings app on the hosted virtual desktop is 41.3 for
WebexMeetings v40.10.11.15.6 pkg. To use Webex meetings optimization in ThinOS, IT administrators must not upgrade
Webex meeting server site higher than 41.3. Ensure that you have referred the Compatibility between the Webex
Meetings Desktop App and the Thin Client Plugin table to configure Webex Meetings optimization mode environment.
To access the compatibility table, do the following:
1. Go to help.webex.com.
2. In the search bar, enter Cisco Webex Meetings Virtual Desktop Software, and press Enter.
3. Click Cisco WebEx Meetings Virtual Desktop Software from the results.
4. Scroll down the page to view the Compatibility between the Webex Meetings Desktop App and the Thin Client
Plugin table.
If a user logs in to the Citrix broker using the web-based login, the Last User and Last Logged-in User entries are not
displayed on Wyse Management Suite. Also, the user credentials that are pushed to the client using Wyse Management Suite
cannot be used for logging into the Citrix broker that uses the web-based login. You can use the web-based login when
configuring the Citrix ADC using Azure AD SAML with SSO and Citrix ADC Native OTP features.
Microsoft Direct Remote Desktop Protocol updates
Supports Auto-Connect on Start-UpYou can configure the Auto-Connect on Start-Up option from ThinOS local UI,

Auto-Connect on Start-Up , see the Dell Wyse ThinOS Version 9.1 Administrator's Guide at www.dell.com/support.
NOTE:
The Save local connections option should be enabled before experiencing this feature. Go to Wyse
Management Suite or Admin Policy Tool > Session Settings > Global Session Settings to enable the option.
Supports Remote Desktop GatewayYou can log on to the Remote Desktop Gateway using the ThinOS Local UI. For more
information about how to configure the Remote Desktop Gateway, see the Dell Wyse ThinOS Version 9.1 Administrator's
