Issue ID Description Workaround
DTOS-2302 Intermittent issues have been observed when using a Dell
KM7321W keyboard and mouse that is connected using
Bluetooth.
There is no workaround in this release.
DTOS-2351 An unnecessary prompt is displayed when deleting the RDP
and PCoIP direct connections.
There is no workaround in this release.
DTOS-2442 The USB mouse may not function after resuming from sleep
mode.
Reboot the client.
DTOS-2542 The ICA session may stop responding for around a minute
after you enable CWA log and join a Microsoft Teams
meeting.
Wait for more than a minute for the session to
work.
DTOS-2571 The background colors of the switched layout in the
displayed menu are different in classic mode and modern
mode.
There is no workaround in this release.
DTOS-2745 Clients may fail to reconnect to some sessions if there are
more than two disconnected sessions.
Manually launch the failed connected session
again.
DTOS-2753 Windows Media Player does not work in ICA sessions. Signoff ICA desktop and relaunch.
DTOS-2757 Fails to connect Citrix broker if dual networks (wired and
wireless) are not in the same network.
Disconnect the network that is not required.
DTOS-2758 The keyboard may not work if the mouse cursor moves on
to the Citrix desktop viewer toolbar.
Do not keep moving mouse on the Citrix
Desktop Viewer Toolbar.
DTOS-2759 Clients cannot change BIOS password using Select Group
Policy.
Change the BIOS password using Device
Group instead of Select Group.
DTOS-2784 After launching a Zoom session, attaching and
disconnecting multiple camera devices may result in client
failure.
Reboot the client.
DTOS-2818 Logging in to the PNAgent server with invalid credentials or
locked account displays an unknown login error.
Reboot the client.
DTOS-2834 Clipping issue may be seen when connecting to session
windows with long application names.
Reboot the client.
DTOS-2838 Video and audio do not synchronize when playing certain
videos.
Reboot the client and relaunch blast session.
