● If you want to redirect your iPhone devices, ensure that you clear both Exclude disk devices and Exclude audio devices
check boxes in the Global Connection Settings window.
● If you want to redirect or map your Android smartphones in a desktop session, ensure that you select the Use USB for
Transferring images option on your smartphone. Do not select the Use USB for Transferring media files option.
● If you want to use a mapped printer in the ICA session, ensure that your printer supports the Post-Script format.
● If both IPv4 and IPv6 are enabled in the remote session, ensure that you enable both IPv4 and IPv6 options on your thin
client.
