If you perform any of the following actions during an ongoing call, the call gets dropped:
Switch a headset.
Hotplug a headset.
Hold the call.
Resume the call.
Record the call.
As a workaround, you can set up the headset in Microsoft Teams before the call. If the call drops, or if you are unable to pick
up the call, sign off and sign back in. If the call cannot be picked up after signing off and signing back in, reboot the client.
