● TLS Check CN—Enables or disables the verification of the common name of server certificate when setting up an SSL
connection in full security mode. This option is ineffective to SSL connections for Remote Desktop Service. The connection
checks the server certificate common name all the times for Remote Desktop Services.
To access TLS Check CN, go to Admin Policy Tool > Advanced > Privay & Security > Security Policy.
NOTE: You must reboot the terminal after you change either of these options.
Limitations in Remote Desktop Services
● Remote Desktop Services applications display is not supported in seamless mode.
● Remote Desktop Services does not support smart card.
Teradici Cloud Access and Amazon Workspaces
Teradici PCoIP version is V2007613.
Configuration and management
1. To configure Teradici Cloud Access broker settings, open Wyse Management Suite or Admin Policy Tool, and go to
Advanced > Broker Settings > Teradici Cloud Access Settings.
NOTE: To configure Teradici Cloud Access broker settings from ThinOS locally, go to Remote Connections > Broker
Setup.
2. To configure PCoIP session settings, open Wyse Management Suite or Admin Policy Tool, and go to Advanced > Session
Settings > PCoIP Session Settings.
PCoIP system tray icon
A new PCoIP system tray icon is added in ThinOS 9.1. From the PCoIP icon, the launched PCoIP sessions can be listed and
features such as Relative Mouse, Audio/Video Synchronization, Tablet Monitor, and Tablet Orientation Left-handed
can be enabled or disabled.
Wacom tablet feature
Wacom Tablet feature can be enabled and disabled from the PCoIP icon. Wacom Tablet mode can be configured from Session
Settings > PCoIP session Settings > Basic Settings > Wacom Tablet Configurations in Admin Policy Tool or Wyse
Management Suite.
NOTE: Wacom tablet feature does not work on VMware Horizon PCoIP session.
For information about the Wacom tablet, see the Dell Wyse ThinOS Version 9.1 Administrator's Guide at www.dell.com/support.
