Zoom optimization known issues
● If you plug in the camera after you start the zoom meeting, the camera cannot be detected in Zoom. Workaround is to
configure the camera before the meeting starts.
● On Wyse 5470 All-in-One, during a call there is occasional echo.
● Zoom reactions cannot be used during a video call, due to Zoom limitation.
● If the version of the zoom plug-in is lower than the VDI client version, zoom cannot be optimized.
● If you delete the Zoom_Horizon package, Zoom does not work well with Real-Time Audio-Video (RTAV). This is a known
issue.
● Zoom optimization does not work occasionally. This is a known issue.
● If you use several Unified Communications (UC) simultaneously, there can be unexpected errors

ThinOS supports audio, video, and screen sharing features with Cisco Webex Teams on VMware.

Call—Audio call Limited Support—Audio and video calls are supported only by
TCP connection.
Call—Video call Limited Support—Audio and video calls are supported only by
TCP connection. On Wyse 5070 Thin Client, the video screen
stays on ThinOS desktop screen if you switch to desktop
during a video call.
Call—Long audio call Supported—The device stops responding occasionally during
audio and video calls. This is a known issue.
