Cisco Webex Meetings optimization known issues
Webex meetings are not optimized occasionally.
WorkaroundGo to Webex Administration site, and select the Enable meeting client for VDI check box under Common Site
Settings > Site Options.
NOTE: You must have administrator rights to change the setting on Webex Administration.
If you do not have administrator rights, you can change the setting from Registry Editor. Go to Registry Editor >
HKEY_CURRENT_USER > SOFTWARE > WebEx > NativeVDI and add a parameter with the following values:

Cisco Jabber Softphone for VDI (JVDI) is the Unified Communications solution that is offered by Cisco for virtual deployments.
In ThinOS 9.1, the Cisco JVDI client package version 12.9.2 is supported on the thin client.
