Cisco Webex Teams optimization known issues
In Help > Health Checker > Server connection, an error message that says One or more services are inaccessible is
displayed occasionally. When this error message is displayed, you cannot send messages or call other users.
The device stops responding occasionally during long audio calls.
Only audio calls and screen sharing is supported on the Wyse 3040 Thin Client. Video calls result in performance issues.

ThinOS supports audio, video, and screen sharing features with Cisco Webex Meetings on Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, and
Citrix Workspace app.
