DTOS-2746 The audio recording is incomplete when you use a redirect
headset to record audio in a ICA session. This is a known
issue identified by Citrix.
Map a USB headset into the session and
record the audio with the mapped USB
headset.
DTOS-2745 The application fails to reconnect to one or more sessions if
there are more than two disconnected sessions.
Manually reconnect the disconnected session.
DTOS-2674 The analog headset output sound quality is not good when
using the Webex application.
Use a USB headset.
DTOS-2613 The thin client may restart automatically if you disconnect
the ICA session from the Citrix desktop viewer toolbar.
There is no workaround in this release.
DTOS-2777 The thin client may restart when you sign out of your Citrix
account.
There is no workaround in this release.
DTOS-2542 The ICA session may stop responding for about a minute
once the Citrix Workspace app log is enabled and starts to
join the Microsoft Teams meeting.
Disable the Citrix Workspace app log capture.
DTOS-2781 The user is unable to open any system window when the
user tries to log in using Citrix Netscaler and Smartcard
server.
Restart the thin client.
DTOS-2541 The Microsoft Teams video may stop responding. This is a
known issue identified by Citrix.
There is no workaround in this release.

DTOS-2339 Fixed the issue where the Citrix session may get disconnected when attending a Microsoft Teams
meeting or a call for a long duration of time. This issue is fixed by Citrix.
DTOS-2146 Fixed the issue where audio and video are not clear when more than two users have joined the MS
Teams meeting.
