Known issues

Issue ID Description Workaround
DTOS-2620 Distorted audio and video output is observed when using
Microsoft Teams with Citrix HDX optimized mode.
There is no workaround in this release.
DTOS-2685 Distorted audio and video playback output is observed when
viewed on YouTube.
There is no workaround in this release.
DTOS-2332 The Citrix session may stop responding. Restart the thin client using the ThinOS shut
down menu. You can also force restart the thin
client by pressing and holding down the power
button.
DTOS-2731 When you log out from an ICA session during a video
playback with Browser Content Redirection (BCR) enabled,
the session fails to relaunch. An error log Wrong XML
format is displayed on the Event Log tab.
Add the available DNS server in the ThinOS
Network Setup window. Ensure that the client
network can always ping the Citrix VDI.

If the Webex Meeting optimization mode is enabled in an
ICA session and you disconnect the session, the device fails
to end the wfica process and the ICA desktop may stop
responding.
Restart the thin client using the ThinOS
shutdown menu. If you do not use WebEx
Meeting optimization mode, it is recommended
to disable Cisco WebEx Meetings Virtual
channel using either Admin Policy Tool or Wyse
Management Suite.
DTOS-2760 The Citrix session may not respond for five seconds and
have distorted audio during a video playback when the
server renders the video.
Enable the Multimedia Redirection (MMR)
feature as default.
