○ For specific users who want to use Citrix ADC authentication methods, such as LDAP with MFA, Dell Technologies
recommends that you configure the NetScaler/ADC Authentication Method with LDAP either using the Wyse
Management Suite policy or the Admin Policy tool.
● Keyboard layout Synchronization and mapping are supported from ThinOS 9.1.

● VMware Horizon—IPv6 format change
When setting up VMware Horizon IPv6 broker connection, you must add the IP address inside brackets. For example,

What is removed compared to ThinOS 8.6
● Citrix
○ Removed Direct ICA connection.
○ Operation mode
■ Removed Storefront style mode.

Removed Multiple audio in ICA desktop.

■ Removed FR.pkg—ThinOS 9.1 does not support Flash Redirection video.
■ Remove RTME.pkg—HDX RealTime Media Engine, and Citrix Workspace app is integrated as a single component on
the thin client.

■ Removed the Applications button.
■ Removed the Properties button.
● RDP
○ RDP properties
■ Removed the Browse Hosts in Microsoft Network button.
■ Removed Console mode.
■ Default on screen x removed from the Display Resolution while connecting multi-screens and span mode display.

are not supported in ThinOS.
● ThinOS Management
○ Removed Wyse Device Manager support.
○ Removed File server support.
○ Removed Global INI and User INI from System Tools.
● ThinOS client configuration
○ Removed Time/Date > System Preferences > Enable Daylight Saving.
○ Peripherals > Audio
■ Removed the Info button on local Recorder.
■ Removed the function to save local Recorder sample audio file to USB.
■ Removed the Boost option.
■ Removed the Enable DP audio option.
■ Removed the Enable headset popup option.
○ Removed the Enable LPD service for the printer option under Ports and SMBs tab in Printer Setup.
