3. In the list on the left, click Networking and the Web, Home and Small Office Networking, or Fixing networking
or Web problems.
4. Click the troubleshooter or Help topic that best describes the problem you are experiencing, the task you want to
perform, or the information you are seeking.
On Windows Vista®, follow the below the steps to access these network trouble shooters.
1. Click Start.
2. Click Help and Support.
3. In the list on the left, click Troubleshooting.
4. Under Networking, select the topic that best describes the problem you are experiencing, the task you want to
perform, or the information you are seeking.
