Removing optional Type-C module
Prerequisites
1. Follow the procedure in before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the side cover.
3. Remove the front bezel.

The following images indicate the location of the optional Type-C module and provide a visual representation of the removal
procedure.
Steps
1. Remove the two (M3X3) screws that secure the optional Type-C module to the computer chassis.
2. Disconnect the Type-C module cable from the connector on the system board.
3. Remove the Type-C module from the computer.
