Apple FaceTime Session Identification
The controller can determine if the media session is a FaceTime session by searching the presence of a pattern
in the User-Agent field of the SIP signaling message header. Apple refers the internal name of FaceTime session
as "Viceroy". "Viceroy" is the User-Agent string of the SIP signaling message header. A provision to configure
this string is available in the controller in case a new version of Apple FaceTime uses a different User-Agent
string other than "Viceroy".
Do not configure this feature unless a new version of the Apple FaceTime uses a different User-Agent string other
than "Viceroy". Contact Dell Technical Support for more information.
