VoIP calls made to/from clients outside the local controller are displayed in the External Call List pane. This
pane lists all the external and wired client call CDRs. See Figure 204.

On the Dashboard > Clients page of the WebUI, clicking the client IP hyperlink displays the details page of the
client. Click the UCC tab. This tab displays an aggregated list of UCC call data metrics of a client. See Figure 205.
