wipe out flash
Description
This command erases all data including configuration, logs, license keys, flash backup files and formats the
flash file system in the controller.
Execute this command only when the controller is taken out of service or decommissioned.
Syntax
No syntax.
Example
The following command formats the flash file system:
(host) #wipe out flash
Do you really want to wipe out the entire flash (y/n): y
Zeroing out flash:.....................................
Flash zeroed out successfully.
