Single chain mode for Radio 0
If this parameter is set to 1 for an 802.11n-capable radio, the radio
will operate in single-chain mode, and will transmit and receive
data using only legacy rates and single-stream HT rates up to MCS
7. This parameter is set to 0 (disabled) by default.
