Inclusive Labels: For content (promotions and materials) to be
included in this promotion, it must match these
labels (according to the Inclusion Mode field).
The Inclusive Labels field may contain a comma or new line separated list of
labels. These labels are compared to the labels of all of the other promotions
and materials in the system (taking into account the option selected for the
Content Types field).
If the labels of a promotion or material match the Inclusive Labels (taking
into account the option selected for the Inclusion Mode field), then the
promotion or material will be included in this promotion, but only if the
Exclusive Labels are not matched.
Exclusion Mode: Select how the list of Exclusive Labels is to be
matched to the available content.
The Exclusion Mode setting provides the following options:

Select this option to require that all of the labels
listed in the Exclusive Labels field must also be
listed in the Labels field of a prospective
promotion or material, for that content to be
excluded.
At least one of the
‘exclusive labels’ must
match
Select this option to require that at least one of the
labels listed in the Exclusive Labels field must be
listed in the Labels field of a prospective
promotion or material, for that content to be
excluded.
Exclusive Labels: If content (promotions and materials) matches
these labels (according to the Exclusion Mode
field), it will be excluded from this promotion.
The Exclusive Labels field may contain a comma or new line separated list
of labels. These labels are compared to the labels of the promotions and
materials that are selected when matching the Inclusive Labels.
