Advertising Services Version 1.3

Promotions have a name and description, can be enabled and disabled,
and have a start and end date. Promotions can also be assigned any number
of labels. Promotions include materials and/or other promotions using a fixed,
rotating, weighted or labelled content selection type.
A promotion can also be configured to provide intelligent delivery, which
uses labels to match users with more personally relevant advertisements
(full edition only).
