BEST PRACTICE
Keep SMS messages short to ensure that they will fit within the remainder of
an SMS registration receipt.
The mobile carrier will typically limit the total length of an SMS to 160
characters (but perhaps as little as 128 with some carriers).
NOTE Refer to section 4.5.2 below for further details about advertising materials.
To create a SMS text advertisement:
1. Navigate to the advertising materials list (Advertising Services »
Materials).
2. Click the Create new advertising material link; the material
editor will be shown.
