3.3.5 Create the Default Campaign
In this step we will create a default campaign that will provide the
advertisements from our top-level promotion (and therefore, from our gold
and platinum package promotions).

BEST PRACTICE
If you are going to use multiple campaigns (full edition only), configure one
of your campaigns to act a default campaign by removing all start and end
date restrictions and specifying a low rank (typically 20).
The default campaign will then be able to fill in the gaps when no other
campaigns are active or are unable to provide enough advertisements.
To create the default campaign:
1. Navigate to the campaigns list (Advertising Services »
Campaigns).
2. Click the Create new advertising campaign located above
the campaigns list; the campaign editor will be shown.
Apply the following settings to the General Properties section:
