Apply the following settings to the Default Form Display Settings section:
13. Select the User Interface dropdown and choose the Checklist
option.
14. Enter a Label of: Interests:
15. Enter a Description of: Please select the things you are interested
in.
16. Leave the CSS Class field empty.
17. Leave the CSS Style field empty.
18. Leave the Legend field empty.
19. Select the Options Generator dropdown and choose the Use
options option.
20. Enter the following text into the Options field:
entertainment|Entertainment
fashion|Fashion
food|Food
homewares|Homewares
jewelry|Jewelry
