Apply the following settings to the Default Form Display Settings section:
13. Select the User Interface dropdown and choose the Radio
buttons option.
14. Enter a Label of: Gender:
15. Enter a Description of: Please select your gender.
16. Leave the CSS Class field empty.
17. Leave the CSS Style field empty.
18. Leave the Legend field empty.
19. Select the Options Generator dropdown and choose the Use
options option.
20. Enter the following text into the Options field:
female|Female
male|Male
21. Select the Sort field and choose the No sorting option.
22. Leave the Collapse checkbox, Hide when no options are
selectable, as not ticked.
23. Select the Layout dropdown and choose the Vertical option.
