Set the priority of the cellular uplink. By default, the cellular uplink is a lower priority than the wired uplink;
making the wired link the primary link and the cellular link the secondary or backup link.
Configuring the cellular link with a higher priority than your wired link priority will set your cellular link as
the primary controller link.
