Fixes
The following issue is fixed in ESXi 6.7 U3:
Description: On Dell EMC yx4x PowerEdge R7415 and R6415 servers with AMD processors, hot-add or hot-replace of
NVMe devices did not work at times. A warning message was displayed in the VMkernel log similar to the
following:
WARNING: PCIEHP: 850: 0000:c0:03.4: hotplug slot:0xb7 Inserted adapter
seems broken, or removed (slotStatusPDS: 1). Aborting hot-add operation.
