VMW Virtual Machine Active Vs. Granted Memory
Purpose
This rule compares the amount of physical memory that is actively being used by the
virtual machine to the amount of memory granted to the virtual machine by the
vmkernal.
If active memory approaches the granted memory value in the virtual machine’s
configuration, you should consider increasing the granted memory value.
