6 使用 Dell Systems Service and Diagnostics Tools

要获得 Dell Systems Service and Diagnostics Tools 作为可引导 ISO 映像并
将其刻录在 DVD 上、请执行以下步骤：
1 访问 support.dell.com 。
2 单击 Support for Enterprise IT: Start Here 。
3 单击 Drivers & Downloads: Get it Here 。
4 输入服务标签或快速服务代码或选择以下三项中的任一项：
• Automatically detect my Service Tag for me — 如果想让您的服务标
签被自动检测到、则选择此选项。

8 。
• Choose from My Products and Services List — 如果要选择列表中的
产品、则选择此选项。
• Choose from a list of all Dell products — 如果要从 Dell 可用产品列
表中选择产品、则选择此选项。
注 : 如果已经输入服务标签或快速服务代码、则转至 步骤 8。
注 : 如果选择了 Choose from My Products and Services List 或 Choose from
a list of all Dell products、则继续下列步骤。
5 单击 Servers （服务器）、 Storage （存储）、 Networking （网络）。
6 单击 PowerEdge 。
7 通过单击它选择一个型号。
8 通过单击 ^ 符号展开 System Management 。
注 : 单击 Select a Different Product 以选择另 一 个产品类型、如果与默
认服务标签选择的产品类型不同的话。
9 单击 DVD ISO - Systems Service and Diagnostics Tools 。
10 单击 Download File 并且将 ISO 文件保存在所选的位置。
11 使用第三方软件将 ISO 文件刻录在 DVD 上。
