debranded (without Dell & OEM BIOS).

Description
On Windows 2012 R2, S110 controller information may not get enumerated in DSET namespace report
because of some limitation in communicating with controller drivers.

Issue 19 (DSET-2347):
Description
If IPV6 kernel module is not enabled before DSET installation, then DSET display the following message:
"Dell System E-Support Tool 3.x installed on this system, may not function properly as the system does
not have the ipv6 kernel module enabled."
Resolution
This message does not have any impact on DSET functionality.
