Description
In the OpenManage Server Administrator namespace report, in the Error Summary Information table,
data in the Location column is automatically generated by using a predefined format, which can be
interpreted only by having prior knowledge about the format.
Resolution
The format used to display the location is:
<Controller name> <Enclosure name> <PCIe slot number>:<Global number>:<Channel>: <Enclosure
ID>: <Index>
For example, PERC H810 Adapter MD 1220 2:1:0:0:2

Description
On systems running ESX, the prompt for root password appears even if option "n" is entered.

Issue 12 (DSET-1453):
Description
DSET report collection is unsuccessful if OMSA and DSET alone are installed on systems running Linux
and if you do not specify -n omsa explicitly in the command line interface.
Resolution
On Linux operating systems, if user wants to collect OMSA namespace report by installing DSET alone,
then run "dellsysteminfo –n omsa"
