3. Install libhbaapi rpm available in the operating system DVD.
• Raw SEL Data column is blank on the Chassis -> Hardware Logs page of DSET report of a Linux system, if any
version of supported OMSA is installed.

• When root group user collects the data from Windows to SLES 10 or SLES 11 using OpenManage Server

• For Linux operating systems, during local report collection, if the password has any special characters such as:, #, !,
$, &, (, ), |, ;, “, ‘, <, and >, prefix the special characters in the password with '\'.
• For Windows 2008 operating systems, the Hotfix Install date is not displayed correctly in the DSET report ->
Software section -> Installed Applications page. (DSET-77)
• On Windows Operating system, if you uninstall DSET application during report collection, the installation is deleted
from the system and the report collection is terminated.
• On Linux operating system with LSI U320 scsi controller card and attached LT03 tape drive or PV tape drive, the
information is not available in the DSET application report. (DSET-89)
• On Windows operating system, for the report collected using DSET namespace, the SCSI channels are not
enumerated under the storage section. (DSET-87)
• In the DSET application report, the hardware logs are not enumerated for the data collected from iDRAC
namespace. (DSET-81).
• In the report collected using DSET namespace for any system with Red Hat enterprise Linux 6.2, the Broadcom
BCM57800 1Gb NIC is enumerated as Broadcom BCM57800 1Gb Port 10 GB NIC. (DSET-84)
• In the storage section of the DSET report, the FC LUN information is not displayed in the FCHBA Controller page.
Only controller properties are displayed. (DSET-86)
• In the storage section of the DSET report, the connector type for PERC S300 is displayed as SAS port Non RAID
Mode
and not SAS Port RAID Mode . (DSET-88)
• In the DSET application report for M915 Server with ESX4.1U2 operating system, clicking on memory class displays
the error message Command Unsuccessful. (DSET-91)
• For 12G systems with ESXi operating system, OMSA namespace report is not collecting bios setup data. (DSET-97)
• On Windows operating system, the enclosure logs (MD1XXX Logs) is not collected in the remote report using DSET
