The Profile and Connectivity Test links at the top-right corner of the Dell SupportAssist dashboard are disabled.
If this occurs, ensure that you are logged on as a member of either the OpenManage Essentials Administrators
(OmeAdministrators) or Power Users (OmePowerUsers) group.
