Registering SupportAssist
Welcome
The Welcome page allows you to start the SupportAssist setup. Click Next to start setting up SupportAssist.
Proxy Settings
The Proxy Settings page allows you to congure the proxy server settings.
NOTE: The Proxy Settings page is displayed only if you conrm that the system connects to the Internet through a proxy
server.
The following table provides information about the elds displayed in the Proxy Settings page.

Field Description
Use proxy settings Select this option to enable conguring the proxy server
settings.
Proxy Server Address or Name The proxy server address or name.
Proxy Port Number The proxy server port number.
Proxy requires authentication Select this option if the proxy server requires authentication.
Username The user name required to connect to the proxy server.
Password The password required to connect to the proxy server.
Registration
The Registration page allows you to provide your contact information and register SupportAssist.
