安装 SupportAssist 的操作系统要求
注: SupportAssist 只能安装在 64 位操作系统上。
注: SupportAssist 也可安装在 Microsoft Windows 域控制器上。
注: Server Core 不支持安装 SupportAssist。
要在其中安装 SupportAssist 的服务器必须运行以下一种 Windows 或 Linux 操作系统。
• Windows 操作系统：
– Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 Standard、Enterprise 和 Datacenter
– Windows Server 2008 SP2 Standard、Enterprise 和 Datacenter
– Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard 和 Datacenter
– Windows Server 2012 Standard、Essentials 和 Datacenter
– Small Business Server 2008 Essentials 和 Standard
– Small Business Server 2011 Essentials 和 Standard
• Linux 操作系统：
– Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.x
– Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.x
– Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.x
– CentOS 7.x

– Novell SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 SP1

Web 浏览器要求
要查看 SupportAssist 用户界面，需要使用以下一种 Web 浏览器。
注: Web 浏览器必须启用 Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.0 版或更高版本。
• Internet Explorer 10 或 11
• Mozilla Firefox 31 或更高版本
注: 在支持的 Linux 操作系统中，也可以使用原生 Web 浏览器版本来访问 SupportAssist。
网络要求
• Internet 连接 - 标准 GbE 网络。
• 安装 SupportAssist 的服务器必须能够通过 HTTPS 协议与 Dell 托管的 SupportAssist 服务器通信。
• 本地系统（安装 SupportAssist 所有的服务器）必须能够连接到以下目标：
