Unable to use SupportAssist
Description
After you upgrade to 3.9, the Dell SupportAssist OS Recovery Plugin for Dell Update automatically checks and installs the
latest version of SupportAssist OS Recovery applicable for your PC. During the installation, a banner is displayed on the home
page stating that SupportAssist OS Recovery installation is in progress. Until the installation is complete, you cannot perform
any actions on the SupportAssist user interface. However, if the SupportAssist OS Recovery installation fails, the banner
continues to be displayed and you cannot perform any actions on the SupportAssist user interface.
Workaround
Uninstall and reinstall SupportAssist for Home PCs.

The Carry-in Service Locator and Call us information are always displayed in the language of the country or region where the
