Unable to use SupportAssist Description After you upgrade to 3.9, the Dell SupportAssist OS Recovery Plugin for Dell Update automatically checks and installs the latest version of SupportAssist OS Recovery applicable for your PC. During the installation, a banner is displayed on the home page stating that SupportAssist OS Recovery installation is in progress. Until the installation is complete, you cannot perform any actions on the SupportAssist user interface.
