Provide feedback
When you close the SupportAssist user interface after completing an activity, a survey option to provide feedback on your
overall experience with Supportassist for Home PCs is displayed.
NOTE: The survey option for providing feedback is currently available only on certain PC models and in certain regions.
Your feedback remains confidential and helps Dell to make product improvements. You can provide your feedback after you
perform one of the following activities in the SupportAssist user interface:
● PC scan
● PC optimization
● Installation of an update
● PC troubleshooting
If you want to skip the survey, either click Maybe next time, or close the SupportAssist customer survey window. If you
click Maybe next time, the survey option is not displayed for the next 15 days.
To provide your rating in the survey, select the number of stars, and then click Send. If you provide a rating of three or less
stars, an option to provide improvement suggestions is displayed. Enter your improvement ideas in the Tell us how can we
improve this experience for you box, and then click Send.
After you have completed the survey once, an option to provide survey rating again is available only after 90 days when you
complete any of the previously mentioned activities in the SupportAssist user interface again.
