Starting SupportAssist
You can start SupportAssist from either the management server or a remote system.
● To start SupportAssist from the management server:
○ Double-click the Dell SupportAssist desktop icon.
○ If the server is running Windows Server 2008 — Click Start→ All Programs→ Dell→ SupportAssist→ SupportAssist.
