Field Description
The support case service hosted by Dell is currently unavailable.
The collection component had started, but failed to run on the device.
The system log collection was not successfully uploaded to Dell.
The device or device type credentials are not configured.
The device is not set up correctly. There may be an issue with either the configured
credentials or connectivity.
NOTE: The Error status is displayed as a link that you can click to view the description of the
issue and the possible resolution steps.

Device Groups
The Device Groups page allows you to create and manage devices groups.
The following table provides information about the fields displayed in the Device Groups page.

Field Description
Create Group Click to create a device group.
Select group actions Displays the actions that you can perform on the devices groups. The following are the actions you
can select:
Manage Devices Displays the Manage Devices window that allows you to add or remove
devices from a device group.
Manage Credentials Displays the Manage Credentials window that allows you to provide
the credentials for the devices types included in a device group.
Manage Contacts Displays the Manage Contacts window that allows you to provide the
contact information and parts dispatch information for each device type included in a device
group.
Edit/Delete Group Displays a window that allows you to edit the group details or delete a
device group.
Name Displays the name of the device group and the total number of devices in the device group.
Description Displays the description provided for the device group.

Manage Devices
The Manage Devices window allows you to add or remove devices from a device group.
On the Manage Devices window:
The Ungrouped Devices pane displays all devices that are not included in any device group.
The Devices in Current Group pane displays devices that are included in the current device group.
