安装 SupportAssist
SupportAssist 安装需要提升的 Microsoft 用户验证 (UAC) 权限,如果尝试通过双击安装程序可执行文件安装,安装可能会失

1. 右键单击安装程序可执行文件。

注
: 安装 SupportAssist 需要您允许 Dell 保存特定的个人的可标识信息 (PII),如您的联系信息和本地管理员凭据等。除非
您允许 Dell 保存您的 PII,否则不能进行 SupportAssist 安装。
注册问题
SupportAssist 安装向导会指导您完成 SupportAssist 的注册过程。如果注册成功:
● 将向您的主要联系人发送一封注册确认电子邮件。
● 注册 ID 值显示在 SupportAssist 帮助 > 关于窗口中。

Ensuring successful communication between the
SupportAssist application and the SupportAssist
server
The SupportAssist application installed on the management server must be able to communicate with the SupportAssist server
hosted by Dell to:
● Automatically create a support case if there is a problem with a device in your environment.
● Upload the generated system log collection to Dell.
To ensure that the SupportAssist application is able to successfully communicate with the SupportAssist server:
