SupportAssist uninstaller file is not deleted from the \bin folder
Description After uninstalling SupportAssist for business PCs, the SupportAssistUninstaller.exe file may not
be deleted from the C:\Program Files\DELL\SupportAssistBusinessClient\bin folder.
Workaround Restart the system and manually delete the SupportAssistUninstaller.exe from the
C:\Program Files\DELL\SupportAssistBusinessClient\bin folder.

Assets may not be moved to specified group
Description While upgrading from an older version of SupportAssist for business PCs to version 2.2, if you have
provided a group name during deployment, the assets may not be moved to the specified group.
Workaround Manually move the assets to the required group in TechDirect.

Error message is displayed stating that a latest version of the
application is already installed
Description
While deploying SupportAssist for business PCs using deployment tools such as SCCM, an error message
is displayed stating that the latest version of the application is already installed.
Workaround Contact Dell Technologies technical support for assistance.

User interface may not respond during driver validation
Description
During a Drivers & Downloads update, the SupportAssist user interface may stop responding during
validation of the driver. Therefore, the driver installation is unsuccessful and you cannot initiate another
update.
Workaround Close the SupportAssist application and reopen it.

Description
When you initiate a Drivers & Downloads update, SupportAssist displays No Updates Found even if there
are recommendations to install the drivers and downloads updates.
