Description SupportAssist for business PCs deployment may fail when the deployment key is entered in a language
other than English.
Workaround Ensure that you enter the deployment key in English.

Description

install its drivers.
Workaround Restart the PC and try installing SupportAssist again.

Defender
Description
The SupportAssist deployment package that is downloaded from TechDirect is detected as harmful by
Microsoft Defender.
Workaround Temporarily turn off Windows Defender, download the SupportAssist deployment package from
TechDirect, and then turn on Microsoft Defender.

Description
