Release summary
In this release, SupportAssist Enterprise automatically performs analytics collections from devices. SupportAssist Enterprise enables you to
filter the devices that are displayed on the Devices page depending on their monitoring status. You can also view the source from which a
support case was created, for example, TechDirect.
