字段 说明
复选框 用于选择已设置的 Remote Collector。
名称 您为 Remote Collector 提供的名称，以及设置 Remote
Collector 的服务器的主机名或 IP 地址。
分配的设备 与 Remote Collector 相关联的设备总数。
版本 Remote Collector 应用程序的版本。
状态 Remote Collector 的状态。
Remote Collector 的状态可能是：
● 已连接 — SupportAssist Enterprise 所安装在的服务器能
够连接到设置 Remote Collector 的服务器。
● 断开连接 — SupportAssist Enterprise 所安装在的服务器
无法连接到设置 Remote Collector 的服务器。
● 连接失败 — 连接到 SupportAssist 服务器时，如果连接失
败，将会显示。
● 注册失败 — 当 Remote Collector 无法连接到
SupportAssist Enterprise 时，将会显示。
● 注册已启动 — 当 Remote Collector 连接到 SupportAssist
Enterprise 时，将会显示。
● 正在复制 — Remote Collector 安装程序包正在复制到远程
系统。
● 正在验证 — SupportAssist Enterprise 正在验证远程服务
器是否满足设置 Remote Collector 的前提条件。
● 正在配置 — SupportAssist Enterprise 正在配置 Remote
Collector 的设置。
● 正在注册 — 配置完成后，运行 SupportAssist Enterprise
的服务器正在与 Remote Collector 通信。
● 正在安装 — 正在安装 Remote Collector 应用程序。
● 未找到安装程序 — Remote Collector 安装程序文件已损坏
或已从运行 SupportAssist Enterprise 的服务器上手动删
除。
● 复制失败 — Remote Collector 无法复制到远程服务器。
● I 安装失败 — 无法成功完成 Remote Collector 的安装。
● 配置失败 — SupportAssist Enterprise 无法完成对 Remote
Collector 设置的配置。
● 验证失败 — SupportAssist Enterprise 无法验证远程服务
器是否满足设置 Remote Collector 的前提条件。
● 磁盘空间低 — 设置 Remote Collector 的服务器上可用的
硬盘驱动器空间不足 500 MB。
● 连接已启动 — 在连接至 SupportAssist 服务器时，如果启
动了连接，将会显示。
