Welcome
The Welcome page enables you to start the registration of SupportAssist Enterprise. Click Next to start the registration of
SupportAssist Enterprise.
Proxy Settings
The Proxy Settings page allows you to configure the proxy server settings.
NOTE: The Proxy Settings page is displayed only if you confirm that the system connects to the Internet through a proxy
server.
The following table provides information about the fields displayed in the Proxy Settings page.

Field Description
Use proxy settings Select this option to enable configuring the proxy server
settings.
Proxy Server Address or Name The proxy server address or name.
Proxy Port Number The proxy server port number.
Proxy requires authentication Select this option if the proxy server requires
authentication.
Username The user name required to connect to the proxy server.
Password The password required to connect to the proxy server.
Registration
The Registration page enables you to provide your contact information and register SupportAssist Enterprise.
The fields displayed in the Registration page are described in the following table.

Company Information
Company Name The name of the company.
Country/Territory The location of the company.
Primary Contact Information
First Name The first name of the primary contact.
Last Name The last name of the primary contact.
Phone Number The phone number of the primary contact.
Alternate Phone Number The alternate phone number of the primary contact.
Email Address The email address of the primary contact. SupportAssist
Enterprise email notifications will be sent to this email
address.
