Description: Some iDRACs of 9th generation PowerEdge servers gets added to the Staging group through the OpenManage
Essentials adapter and the device cannot be moved to the Default group. [SAE-10492]

Description: If the user account credentials are reset on the domain controller, the System Center Operations Manager adapter
displays a disconnected status with an unknown error.
Resolution: Login to SupportAssist Enterprise and provide valid System Center Operations Manager adapter credentials.

Description: Uninstallation of SupportAssist Enterprise does not uninstall the OpenManage Enterprise adapter automatically.

performed from SupportAssist Enterprise. [SAE-10901]
Resolution: Perform a collection with OMSA installed on the managed node. This will show the correct value for "Cache
Installed Size".

Description: Number of Active sessions is displayed as 'Not available' in iDRAC in-band and out-of-band collections that are
performed from SupportAssist Enterprise. [SAE-10914]
Resolution: Perform a SupportAssist TSR collection to view the missing information.
Issue 42
Description: The Physical Disk and Virtual Disk sections are missing under BOSS-S1 controller in OMSA collections performed
from SupportAssist Enterprise. [SAE-11182]

Issue 43
Description: Installation of OpenManage Server Administrator version 9.1 from a management station running a Windows
operating system on a managed node running Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating system version 6.9 is not successful.

Resolution: Navigate to /tmp/ directory on the managed node and find LinuxPreInstallPackage64.tar.gz file. Remove the file
from the file system.Manually install 64-bit OpenManage Server Administrator version 9.1 on managed nodes running Red Hat
Linux Enterprise operating system version 6.9.
Issue 44
Description: Devices continue to remain in a 'Collection in progress' status. [SAE-11198]
Resolution: Contact Dell Technical Support for assistance.
Issue 45
Description: Collections performed from SupportAssist Enterprise display Max CPU Sockets and Populated CPU Sockets as 0
in the Main Chassis section. [SAE-11201]
Resolution: None
Issue 46
Description: Internal SD module is not available in iDRAC in-band and out-of-band collections, whereas OMSA collection is
displaying the expected value. [SAE-11259]
Resolution: Perform a SupportAssist TSR collection to view the missing information.

Description: Collections performed from managed nodes configured with PCIe-SSD controllers and with OMSA 9.1 installed,
display Physical Disk name with 3 digits in Physical Device ID as opposed to 2 digits as per OMSA GUI.

Issue 48
Description: In collections from Dell EMC Networking switches, the enable password is present in the text file that is included
in collections, if the following conditions are met:
- The device is running Force 10 Dell networking firmware.
- Enable password is not configured on the device, but while adding the device in SupportAssist Enterprise, any value is entered
in the enable password field.
