servers
The items reported in the data collected from servers vary depending on the following:
● Device Type used to add the device in SupportAssist Enterprise
● Type of collection (manual, periodic, or support case)
The following table provides a summary of the items reported in the collected data for a periodic collection from servers.
NOTE: Data in a collection that is performed due a support case creation and a manually-initiated collection is more detailed
in comparison with the data collected in a periodic collection.
NOTE: Data from periodic collections enables Dell to provide you an insight into your company’s as-maintained environment
configuration with proactive firmware recommendations and other reports.
