Exporting details of devices that were not imported
About this task
You can export the details of the devices that were not imported as a .csv file. The exported file contains the device details,
description of the issue, and the possible resolution.
Steps
1. Click Devices.
The Devices page is displayed.
2. In the Device Import pane, click Save failed device list.
The Save As window is displayed.
3. Navigate to the location where you want to save the file and click Save.
Next steps
Open the exported .csv file. The Status column displays the error code, description of the issue, and the possible resolution.
Revalidating a device
Prerequisites
The device that you want to revalidate must be in the Staging group.
If the device is an iDRAC, ensure that the iDRAC Enterprise license is installed. For information on purchasing and installing

If the device is a Compellent storage array, ensure that SupportAssist is enabled in the Dell Compellent Enterprise Manager

About this task
Revalidating a device enables you to verify if a device present in the Staging group meets the requirements for enabling
SupportAssist Enterprise capabilities.
Steps
1. Click Devices.
The Devices page is displayed.
2. In the Refine By pane, select Staging.
The devices in the Staging group are displayed.
3. Select the device that you want to revalidate.
