注: Microsoft 用户访问控制 (UAC) 要求使用提升权限执行安装，该提升权限只能通过以管理员身份运行选项获得。如果
您以管理员身份登录系统，可双击安装程序包来安装 SupportAssist Enterprise。但是，请确保您确认了打开文件 - 安全
警告对话框以继续。
此时将显示 Dell SupportAssist Enterprise - InstallShield 向导对话框。
2. 出现此安装程序将执行 ‘Dell SupportAssist’ 的升级。是否要继续？提示时，单击是。
此时会短暂显示正在准备安装页面，然后显示欢迎使用 SupportAssist Enterprise 安装程序页面。
3. 单击升级。
此时会显示正在安装 SupportAssist Enterprise 页面，然后显示安装完成页面。
4. 单击完成。
SupportAssist Enterprise 登录页面将在 Web 浏览器窗口中打开。
5. 键入 Microsoft Windows 操作系统的用户名和密码，然后单击登录。
此时将显示 SupportAssist Enterprise 设备页面。在 SupportAssist for Servers 中添加的设备将显示在设备页面中。

迁移到 SupportAssist Enterprise (Linux)
如果您已安装 SupportAssist for Servers 版本 1.2 或 1.3，则可以迁移到 SupportAssist Enterprise。
前提条件
下载适用于 Linux 操作系统的 SupportAssist Enterprise 安装程序包。请参阅 下载 SupportAssist Enterprise 安装程序包 页面上
的 13。
步骤
1. 在运行 Linux 操作系统的系统中打开终端窗口。
2. 浏览到 SupportAssist Enterprise 安装包所在的文件夹。
3. 请执行以下操作之一：
● 键入 chmod 744 supportassist_1.x.x.bin，然后按 Enter 键。
● 键入 chmod +x supportassist_1.x.x.bin，然后按 Enter 键。
4. 键入 ./supportassist_1.x.x.bin，然后按 Enter 键。
注
: 如果您要无提示升级 SupportAssist Enterprise，请键入 ./supportassist_1.x.x.bin silent，然后按 Enter
键。
此时会显示欢迎使用 SupportAssist Enterprise 安装程序消息。
5. 要继续，键入 c。
此时将显示 SupportAssist Enterprise 许可协议。
6. 阅读许可协议，然后键入 y 以开始安装。
安装完成后，会在 Web 浏览器窗口中打开 SupportAssist Enterprise 登录页面。
注
: 如果 Dell SupportAssist 服务初始化花费时间比预期更长，则会显示错误消息。如果发生此问题，请关闭 Web 浏览
器，并尝试稍后再访问 SupportAssist Enterprise。有关访问 SupportAssist Enterprise 的说明，请参阅 打开
SupportAssist Enterprise 用户界面 页面上的 23。
注: 如果您使用的是 Linux 终端仿真程序（例如 PuTTY）来远程安装 SupportAssist Enterprise，则不会显示
SupportAssist Enterprise 登录页面。在此情况下，您可以使用以下方法之一访问 SupportAssist Enterprise 登录页
面：
● 登录远程系统，并使用 Web 浏览器访问以下 Web 地址：
https://<IP address or host name of the server where SupportAssist Enterprise is
installed>:5700/SupportAssist
注: 仅当网络上的 5700 端口处于打开状态时，方可从远程系统访问 SupportAssist Enterprise。
● 登录本地系统，并使用 Web 浏览器访问以下 Web 地址：http://localhost:9099/SupportAssist
7. 键入在安装 SupportAssist Enterprise 所在系统上具有根权限的用户的用户名和密码，然后单击登录。
